创建可操作的可选 OAuth 登录窗口，返回 win.form，需 show()。auth 为 autos.mcp.oauth 实例。用户单击开始后才授权，等待期间重新打开浏览器/取消可用；新来源需要人工确认。不会自动调用 MCP 工具。options 同 authorize。
