常用整形状/逐段落动画及幻灯片切换 XML 构建。无 Office、ZIP 读取器或 .NET 依赖。
effects 数组含 target,effect,category,trigger,duration,delay,direction,angle,scale。
shapes 数组含 id,name,hasText；target 为 id 或唯一名称。
effect: appear/fade/fly/wipe/zoom/spin/grow；category: entrance/exit/emphasis；trigger: click/with/after。时间以秒计。
with 同一并行组起点，after 等前一并行组结束；首个 with/after 自动开始。byParagraph=true 按真实非空段逐项播放；paragraphTrigger=click/with/after（默认 click），paragraphDelay 为后续段延迟（秒）。
paragraph=N 仅针对第 N 段（从1开始），不能与 byParagraph 同用。逐段落仅支持 entrance/exit。
逐段落 shapes 须提供 paragraphCount，可选 paragraphIndices（递增、从1开始的非空段索引）；builder/editor 自动提供。空段略过，软换行不拆段。
不合并现有时间轴。
返回 p:timing XML；空效果返回空串，失败 null,err。
返回带能力分支与标准 Fallback 的切换 XML。Morph 使用 p159，旧应用回退 fade；p14 回退保留精确时长。
effect: none/cut/fade/push/wipe/split/morph；morph.option=byObject/byWord/byChar，默认 byObject；duration 与 advanceAfter 为秒；advanceOnClick 默认 true。
push/wipe direction 为 left/right/top/bottom；split 为 in/out，orientation 为 horz/vert。null 返回空串；失败 null,err。
